Virgin FluoroCarbon Resin supplied by M/s E.I.Dupont are used by us, have excellent corrosion resistance in the most of the Chemicals at wide range of PH. They have superior corrosion resistance and are economical compared to High Alloy steel Valves. They have long life and require low maintenance thereby ensuring good saving on valve cast. Teflon® / FEP, PFA Lined Valves, Pipe Fittings, Spares are in great use as they have higher safety and low risk of failure.
Infrastructure
We have well-equipped manufacturing facility for Lining by Transfer Moulding with indigenous efforts, backed by in-house research and development facility with technical guidance from E.I.Dupont. We also have well-equipped facility for varied works like dimensional measurement before and after lining, Testing. We have all the sophisticated instruments like Ultrasonic Thickness Tester, Dial Vernier, Micrometer, Height Guage, High Voltage Spark Testing Machine and Ultrasonic Thickness Tester. The instruments are updated regularly and are of latest technique.
